Today is my 2,956th post. It's a post about posting, I realize, but still considered a post. With 61 days left of the year, I can "slack" and not post for 17 days if I want to and still arrive at 3000 on 12/31 (I do not plan to do that).
It's all a self-imposed magic number to me. No one is making me. No one is standing over me and letting me have it if I don't write something. It's all up to me. I will continue to charge down and face the last two months bravely, banging out musings, photos, a story here and there.
