Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Long Flight to UAE

Long flight but we are okay and ready to board for last leg of trip to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Never flew on a 2 decker plane before and this was amazing! The Emirates commercials are exactly what they are in real life! Women in a full suit and heels with red lipstick smiling and gracious with each passenger they "serve." Very impressive to say the least. Good WiFi in the Dubai airport, so taking advantage of a quick post!
