While running past an apartment complex in Crofton, I took a double take on the kiddie “lawn mower” propped up next to a big tree with lots of pine needles underneath it. Can it be? Kids helping out? Usually the big equipment is out and about taking care of the property, so it had to be a left toy by a resident or a giggle maker for passersby like me! I ran past it and came back to take the photo chuckling the whole time.
