A daily record of gratitude; from quilting to photography to a mix of technology, books, movies and the musings of life!

Welcome to my Blog of my daily gratitude and photo of the day!

Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

To The Ends of The Earth....for Baseball

Road trip to Cleveland, Ohio today. First stop-Michael's Bakery in my old neighborhood. Second stop, Elyria, Ohio to see my nephew Nathan's baseball game. He is a senior in high school so I wanted to see a game before he graduates next month. Although sunny and bright, it was chilly and windy. However it did not deter the Bears of North Royalton who gave a strong showing the second half of the game to come out on top: 11-4! And the best second basemen doing everything and anything to make a play is Nate Kocan!

BSoleille!  The bright side of high school sports!
