Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Mother's Day 2017

Mother's the world over are an amazing "bunch"; because, let's face it, they simply have to be to get through the day, to get through the month, to get through the year. I'm sure most would say they would not have it any other way, even on the most difficult of days, because being a mom is so very precious and beautiful and rewarding beyond measure.

It is with delight I was able to spend the past weekend with amazing mom, Linda Misencik, celebrating those moments we hold so dear and cherishing motherhood in all it's glory. I am thankful, too, that I was able to spend some time with my own Mom a couple of weeks ago in Cleveland, Ohio.

So to all the Moms, Aunties, Sisters and Women who love their families (and pets); Happy Mother's Day to you!
