Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Caps Fans Revisted!

I’m thrilled that the Washington Capitals won the 2018 Stanley Cup, the very first one from this fine organization (Mr. Pollin is smiling down on these guys!). When we moved to Maryland in 1996, we immediately fell in love with the team and cheered them on at home, at the games, or in the hospital while our son Ryan waged his battles with Childhood Cancer. So my husband put together this collage of our fan family photos dating back 20 years!
