Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Back in Boulder

An easy day driving back to Boulder, CO, still surrounded by mountains in every direction, Linda Misencik and I reflected on the beauty of the Western Colorado wilderness. And though the state of Colorado has lots of mountains, rivers and streams, so many of the ranges differ in their topography, the color and types of trees and the thousands of people (lots of them in RV's) flocking to this state to delight in all it's natural beauty.

A treat to our hosts, Caitlin Misencik and Julian Wheating,  was dinner on us to help usher in their "wedding week"!
