Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Crepe Myrtles

The season for the brilliant hued Crepe Myrtles is just about done, and for some reason, they seemed to have bloomed for during the past six weeks. We have a medium pink one in our front yard, but the entire area has been awash in all colors, including white. I would plant a few more but they grow so fast and big that it is hard to keep up with all the trimming needs (at least for me!
