That Extra Hour

Today I decided I really love that "spring forward" in Daylight Savings Time (even if it meant losing a precious hour of sleep).  That extra hour of daylight tagged on to what was a gloomy winter (especially this one) gave me renewed energy that we all need!  Now the temperatures just need to go along with it and we are all set to enjoy spring and summer.  I am thankful that I got around the Crofton Parkway, not just once today, but twice, and I think it's due to that "renewed energy" I was feeling.  I may be a little sore tomorrow, but that is okay with me.
