Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

A "Christmas Miracle"

A month ago I was summoned to Cleveland, Ohio, for a medical emergency for my Mom. She has been in a nursing home for over five years now, and several decisions had to be made for her continued care. It wasn't easy, and it's still not terrific, but she has healed amazingly well. I am delightfully surprised on exactly how well she is doing today!

She still doesn't remember me/anyone anymore, but in my "book", it's a Christmas miracle for sure!
