A daily record of gratitude; from quilting to photography to a mix of technology, books, movies and the musings of life!

Welcome to my Blog of my daily gratitude and photo of the day!

Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

JAG Jeans Customer Service Story - It’s Good

I’m going to apologize for a “lengthier” blogpost today, but please bear with me on this pleasurable post.

Earlier this summer I purchased a pair of JAG shorts on Kelley’s Island, Ohio. I loved the color, the feel of the brushed cotton fabric, and of course, the nice fit. They were my go-to shorts all summer long.

However, on my drive to Colorado, I noticed I lost a button on one of the back pockets. I was not really concerned until I lost another one at the waist. And you need that one to keep them on! So I took a chance and contacted the company and their customer service department via email to see if they could send me replacement buttons. I thought the buttons were kind of distinctive and that they may still have them in stock...and the did. (Pays to ask!)

A flurry of emails were exchanged for the information they needed, and they were happy to send them out to me. I then asked that once the entire transaction takes place, and buttons received, if I could blog about their great customer service. They were thrilled that I would do so and sent me a follow up email with a code to select any new item from their website including the shipping and handling. Now, I was thrilled, and had to share this great “story” from JAGJeansUSA!

BSoleille! The bright side of great fitting shorts and denim jeans!
