So we missed getting to the beach this “summer” by one hour, but that didn’t stop “The Best Daughter”, Linda Misencik and I from “falling” into autumn with the BB First Responder Triathlon this weekend! First stop...da beach...and it can’t be beat. We are all looking toward Sunday with calm waters and sunshine for the rest of the bike and run course. With the swirling hurricane season on the East Coast (waves pretty high; 5-7 ft. today), it was great seeing people out and about enjoying the oceans “warm” temperature at 73 degrees, and still bunches of warm sunshine to go with it.
