Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

BBQ Bunco and "Apple" Pie, er Phones!

We had a lovely afternoon hosting some "Pheen" families (daughter's youth club soccer team - Freestate Phoenix); with a BBQ and Bunco for a fun get together.  I am thankful that we have remained in contact with some of the families from the youth soccer days, as everyone's lives get busy and move on, as to be expected, and try to get together several times a year when we can.

But the interesting thing to come out of today was the prolific presence of 9 iPhones amidst the modest crowd of 13!  They are certainly gaining in popularity just like baseball and apple pie!
