Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Heir And a Spare

It is not royalty I'm talking about, rather two bikes that work. Last summer before I invested in a new road bike, I "fixed" up my 25 year old one with new tires, brakes etc. So this weekend while pumping up my tires on my "new" bike I blew out the back tube. Because we were on time crunch, I'm thankful I was able to hop on my old bike and get the ride in with "The Best Daughter"!

Tonight I had that tire repaired and got in a quick ride on a beautiful evening.
