A daily record of gratitude; from quilting to photography to a mix of technology, books, movies and the musings of life!

Welcome to my Blog of my daily gratitude and photo of the day!

Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Organizing and Purging

There is a reason military personnel have to move every three years or so. It is so they do not accumulate too much stuff!  For those who do not move like the military, we can get complacent about our stuff (I am guilty of this), and getting rid of, and organizing anything albeit small, is a daunting task. My photo today is a desk full of photos. Every new year I think I am going to organize this mess and get a handle on what exactly I/we need to keep for posterity. Ha! Today I am thankful to be moving closer to digging in to that fray with the high hopes of at least organizing it all by years.

BSoleille!
