A daily record of gratitude; from quilting to photography to a mix of technology, books, movies and the musings of life!

Welcome to my Blog of my daily gratitude and photo of the day!

Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Daylight Savings...A Good Thing?

We think we love that extra hour of sunshine now that we have pushed out clocks ahead one stinking hour, and I love it for sure (and thankful!).  But, it comes at a price, the research says....extreme tiredness.  So far, so good for me, but my son had to take a two hour nap today to "catch up", or so he says.  Who knows what tomorrow brings in the tired department, but I certainly hope that "it"stays at bay!  To "celebrate" the late(er) light, husband Bill and I got out to stroll around the Crofton Parkway for a spell. Now, if we can do something about the lingering ugly black and grey snow piles....

BSolielle!
