Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

2015 Raffle Quilt Revealed

My quilt guild, the Southern Comforters, had our "big" reveal at tonight's meeting-the 2015 Raffle Quilt!  It was designed by guild member, Trisha Rader, and Long-Armed quilted by another guild member, Julia Graves!  This quilt will now travel through the state visiting other quilt guilds, selling tickets (hopefully lots of them), and will be displayed at our Annual Quilt Bingo on October 19th at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Bowie, Maryland. A shout of thanks to Trisha and all participants who made blocks for this quilt!  Beautiful!!
