A daily record of gratitude; from quilting to photography to a mix of technology, books, movies and the musings of life!

Welcome to my Blog of my daily gratitude and photo of the day!

Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Graduation Day!

I am posting today at 7:41am today, because I know I will be thankful ALL day;  the day of "The Best Daughter's College Graduation"!  When a child is born, we all try to look down that proverbial road and dream about when they might graduate from college.  Big plans....Big dreams we think.  Of course,  that road gets twisted and murky at times, but the dream still reaches out in front of us, hopefully, leading us to a "today" or a "someday".  A proud moment today will unveil itself and we will celebrate that road coming to an end of a great college career for Olivia Grace Tomoff!  So I would like to take this quiet moment (before the whirlwind weekend begins immediately after I push publish and head out the door) to say CONGRATULATIONS to that baby girl who will graduate from the College of Business at James Madison University with dual degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems at 7pm tonight!  We love you and are so very proud of all your accomplishments over the past five years as a college coed!

Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.....Steve Jobs!

BSoleille,  The bright side of a bright future for all those graduating from high school and college!  The class of 2015!
