It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Mind, Body, Spirit

Om, yoga!  We are back in the saddle of weekly yoga (core and back), and  I am thankful that my husband has joined me now for our second session. Running, aerobic activity, swimming and tennis are all all great, but yoga helps with the much needed stretching (at least for me) to keep us all going. My big question is why I was not aware of doing it for the past 30 years? It would have been so helpful in college for sure due to all the running and very tight hamstrings....still!
