Will the Real Rat Please Come Forward

There was a slight pause in my step as I rounded a corner on our daily "scoot" around the Crofton Parkway and saw this little fella was perched on this utility cover. There was one next to it too, and today I noticed a black cat that looked quite real. 

It appears that spooky decorations have migrated to the tree lawns!
