A daily record of gratitude; from quilting to photography to a mix of technology, books, movies and the musings of life!

Welcome to my Blog of my daily gratitude and photo of the day!

Since January 1, 2012, my goal is to write a daily sentence or two (or paragraph or two) about gratitude of the day and to include one photo (at least) that I took that day (but will add others from time to time). It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

FA'ing in Lancaster, PA

In quilter's lingo, FA is fabric acquisition on any level, from a fat quarter to a bolt. I am thankful to have shared the day with three Possibilibees (Carrie, Shelley and Susie) who all had various forms of FA in all colors and yardage. It was a good jump start to several Tshirts quilts that are in the pipe line to complete!

The photos are from "good ole" Obie's and a what looked like a brand new horse and buggy "sedan" "driven" by an Amish woman (you should have seen how she backed out of her space quite amazingly) as in all in a day's work. She was shopping in the same place we were.

BSoleille!  The bright side of tactile fabrico frenzy!
