It's that time of year again for the canning season, especially tomatoes! (Actually in the next few weeks for sure). But the opportunity to can with friends Patty, Marilyn and Mimi (many hands make light work) that we took advantage of it and "slaved" over a hot stove to make 18 quarts of the sweet and savory sauce! Now that's something to be thankful for, right?
