Colorado Rapids

I wish I could post that we careened down the Colorado River on a raft, but the Rapids we saw were the Colorado Rapids MLS Men's Soccer Team vs. LA Galaxy at the Dick's Sporting Goods Field in Commerce City this evening.  Cool thing: the stadium is a designated "soccer only" complex, and just this past week, also hosted the MLS All Star Game (got here one day late and missed it!) Final score: LA beat Rapids 3-1. 

Husband Bill and I also explored downtown Denver and REI, and got a great education in using the new convenient driving apps of Uber and Lyft in getting around the city when needed. All great experiences!
