Nutrition Counts

The family and I attended a Pediatric Advisory Board sponsored event at Georgetown University Hospital with Nutritionist Danielle Cook, who wrote the book, "Happily Hungry".  She is very good at explaining how our bodies work and the importance of good nutrition with or without a cancer diagnosis. Some of the ingredients she used to make the salad dressing in her demo I've heard about but do not have in my pantry. The next time I go shopping I plan to get some of the products she used to really make that veggie salad "sing"!
