Spring Break

Depending on where you (or someone you know) goes to school, "Spring Break" lasts anywhere from the first week of March through mid April. For my daughter, she has it this week and it's great to have her home for a few days (she took a trip during the first part of her break). Of course that first full day back usually involves a lunch, but in our case today, dinner at our favorite Mexican Restaurant - Mi Casitas. Excellente!
