Family "Fun"?

At 6am I was thinking about my blog post for today since my husband, daughter and I set out early with a 40 mile bike ride in mind. We started out great and 12 miles in heading North to Rehoboth, Delaware for breakfast I took a bad spill and really banged myself up (especially my left shoulder in that I can't lift up my arm). I'm thankful I could "walk" away though after being run over by "the best daughter" who also went down. Not a good start to the day plus my bike did not fare out too well either....

After resting, icing the shoulder and taking lots of ibuprofen we were able to head to the boardwalk in Ocean City to people watch and get a bucket of Thrasher's Fries this evening.
