A Do-Over

Lately I have had two "do overs"; one being my computer's hard drive crashed twice in two days, and the cabbage soup was still too crunchy that I made yesterday in the crock pot needed more time stewing today. Thankfully, my computer should be repaired tomorrow and the extra 7 hours on the soup made it taste wonderful and favorable!
