It has definitely been a challenge most days throughout the past eight years, and welcomed the challenge again this year - 2020 - Covid and all. I hope you will continue the ride with me!

Bridget Franek Prelims tomorrow

On a personal note, and a very highly anticipated moment for Bridget Franek and her family, the 3000 meter women's Steeplechase is scheduled for Saturday August 4th at 5:35am EST. Bridget is in the third heat so her race will be more like 6:05 EST for those needing to sleep in a few extra minutes!

Go Bridget, we love you!!! Good luck and run like the wind!
