Every 15-20 years or so it seems like you need to buy a couple of unglamorous garbage cans. Thankfully, the big box hardware stores do not give a big selection and who needs that really. I would much rather buy a set of pretty dishes or a piece of furniture than garbage cans. But our county went to once a week trash pick up and we needed additional receptacles.
Interestingly, a few years ago all our cans were "stolen" and even filled with garbage. Strange! But my sister in law went to the BX and bought the one and only one we have been using since then.
